TTWS is the oldest independent, family/ funeral-owned casket manufacture in the caribbean. Its independence enables it to control its own destiny while pursuing a long-term vision. The manufacture benefits from total creative freedom. It develops and crafts its caskets according to its own quality criteria that are set forth in the Directives of the TTWS Seal. This determination to remain independent is at the heart of TTWS spirit; it guarantees continuity, resilience and trustworthiness.

The history of TTWS, founded in 1977 by Mr. Harry Jodhan and Mr. Patrick Allen is part of the great manufacturing success stories. It is the legacy born out of the experience and ingenuity of countless hours that safeguards and breathes life into the manufactured. It is a tradition of innovation that reinvents itself every day. True to noble artisanal techniques, the wood craftsmen consummately perpetuate, day after day, lending their insight, sharp eyes to the fine art of casket making while remaining abreast of the latest designs and developments.

All of TTWS’s standard MDF and hardwood caskets boast a 24” interior width, compared with a 22.5” width of many casket manufacturers.This is an important feature as people have simply grown larger over recent years. As people have grown to these larger sizes, in many cases a 22.5” inside width casket can interfere with the presentation of the body in the casket, especially in the arms and hands. (more…)
