Hardwood caskets – Pantheon Line (Luxury)

For years, TTWS has devised endlessly inventive masterpieces. Throughout the years, we have surpassed technical and theoretical boundaries to craft even more demanding works of art. Our luxury line called the Pantheon collection is classic by nature and unconventional by design. We have created a contemporary, dense, arched profile that plays with depth, perspective and light for a unique optic experience. A signature topography our pantheon line defies analysis. We believe in the mantra “accept only perfection, manufacture only the highest quality”. Constantly demonstrating creativity our line consists of the following

  • Rose classique formerly called the Big Square special
  • Briolette classique formerly called Big Square round
  • Marquise classique formerly called Octagon
  • Princess classique formerly called the finger jointed

All of these timeless units come in three types of hardwoods:

Mahogany
The finish of this exotic species of hardwood is easily recognised by its red brown colour with salmon pink hues. Once considered the pinnacle of wood species because of the beauty of its ribbon like grain and its exceptional finishing details. Rich, noble and distinctive are adjectives that accurately describe the mahogany stained casket.
Teak
Most casket manufacturers internationally have relatively easy access to oak. Oak comes primarily in from the east coast of the United States. Its colour ranges from a light reddish tone to a dark red shade. It has a straight grain and an even texture. One of the most sought after qualities in oak is its wide range of finishing options giving each casket a customized appearance. The look of this durable hardwood is replicated with our local teak. At TTWS we have replaced the traditional oak with Teak and the finishes reflects skilled craftsmanship, elegance, warmth and natural beauty of this top quality product.
Apamate
The tree is described as very handsome, where the sapwood merges into the heartwood. It is initially pale rose in colour but turns to grayish brown upon exposure. The heartwood is brown, golden brown or dark chestnut in colour. The grain is straight to interlocked. A beautiful God given material that is loved by customers throughout.
