At TTWS, our company hand sews a heavier grade of fabric into every single casket produced. This is just another example of how TTWS pays particular attention to all of the finite details in producing a quality casket.
Both the heavier grade of fabric and the hand stitching allows all TTWS interiors to fold out neatly, minimizing wrinkles in the fabric. In addition, interiors of caskets produced by TTWS are more resistant to runs, pulls, and snags in the fabric that may occur when casketing the body.
Finally, the embroideries of the caskets look much cleaner and neater due to the heavier fabrics. The thicker fabric prevents bunching and pulls that may be caused by the embroidery as well as hides embroidery “patches”.
